OUR HOMES

unlocking potential through thoughtful transformation of overlooked land and buildings.

Restoring history, creating homes

Each of these projects reflects our commitment to careful restoration and thoughtful transformation. From early conservation work through to handing over the keys, we take a hands-on approach,—brick by brick, detail by detail. Here you’ll find a collection of homes that show how we honour the past while creating places designed for modern living.

An 1880’s, brick built, set of barns, originally a sawmill set within the village of Warnham. The buildings, long past their best, are screaming out for some love and attention as we transform this old building, into 8 residential mews style houses retaining all of their charm and character.

Restoration is about more than preservation; it’s about adaptation. We bring modern comfort and efficiency to historic spaces, ensuring our homes are both functional and enduring.

This philosophy has proven that heritage property restoration can deliver homes that are beautiful and sustainable, practical, and deeply rooted to their history.

At Cordial, we believe the best way to build for the future is to respect what already exists. Our approach to property restoration and development is rooted in three principles:

OUR RESTORATION PHILOSOPHY

Every project begins with the building itself. Through careful heritage renovation in Surrey, Sussex, and beyond, we honour the original craftsmanship, materials, and character that make each property unique.

We see development as a collective effort. From tradespeople to design consultants, every contributor plays a vital role. By fostering collaboration and respect, we ensure each project feels as good to build as it does to live in.
